Use and responsibility
Terms of Use
By using this website or submitting a request, you acknowledge these terms. The website provides general information and a channel for enquiries about intellectual property services.
Service provider
Dira Intellectual Property. The business is managed by a licensed Saudi Intellectual Property Agent.
General information
Website content introduces our services and is not legal or professional advice tailored to your circumstances. The appropriate procedure depends on the facts, documents, competent authority and applicable deadlines.
No engagement on submission
Submitting a form, message or preliminary document does not create a contract or an agent-client relationship and does not mean that we have accepted the matter. A professional engagement begins only after review, conflict checks and express agreement on scope, fees and requirements.
Confidential and sensitive information
Do not send confidential documents or sensitive information before acceptance of the matter and confirmation of a suitable channel. We will handle information received with appropriate confidentiality under applicable laws and agreements.
Timing and outcomes
Dira Intellectual Property does not guarantee acceptance, registration or any particular outcome. Final decisions rest with the competent authorities and may be affected by the nature of the application, third-party objections and legal requirements. A preferred service timeframe selected in the form indicates priority and is not a guaranteed completion date.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted information and documents, including disclosure of relevant deadlines and prior proceedings. We may request additional information before accepting or starting a matter.
Proposals and professional fees
Each proposal states its service scope, professional fees and validity period. Services not expressly listed are excluded. Government fees are separate from professional fees and are paid directly by the client to the competent authority unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. The business is not currently registered for Value Added Tax, so no tax is added unless the registration status changes and this is disclosed before engagement.
Acceptance, payment and cancellation
Electronic acceptance records the client's agreement to the proposal and its terms. Work starts only after required information and any agreed payment are received. Cancellation or refund terms are stated in the service-specific proposal or agreement according to the nature and progress of the work. Government fees already paid are refundable only under the competent authority's procedures.
Electronic communications
Messages sent to the contact details provided by the client may be used for proposals, requirements and status notices. You are responsible for keeping those details current and reviewing messages. Confidential information should be sent only through an agreed channel.
Website intellectual property
The website design, logo, text and materials are protected by applicable rights and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a service-specific proposal or agreement conflicts with a general provision on this page, the service-specific provision applies to that engagement.
